1-      I live in Ramsar, which is the westes city in mazandaran province. It has a population of over 100,000 people and 721 km² area. A lot of tourists and passengers visit Ramsar each year. It has one airport and welfare equipment (hotels, restaurants and etc.) for tourists.

2-    Ramsar has natural resources (forests, sea, mountains, rang lands&…).also, It has the nearest coast to mountains (500 meters) in mazandaran. Ramsar is one of beautiful cities in Iran. Ramsar has forest trees (overs (junipers), acorn, alder (tooska), etc.) and wild animals (bear, seal, weasel, fox, pig, Caspian’s turtle,…) and wild birds with many biodiversity.

3-    Ramsar has Mediterranean climate. It rains over 2000mm in a year. It becamesultry (humidity) in summer .The winters are very cold and snowy in mountains and country. 

4-    in addition natural attractions, Ramsar has historical places(markooh, Grasmasar castles) and cultural attractions for example: Rice harvesting and Sun-wanting celebrations and Gilaky new year^’s day  that is named Noruzbal (bonfire).

Ramsar has tourism attractions in 3 areas:

A- Plain (flatland): Historical places,Marble royal place, museums, telecabin. Grand hotels, Green roof hotel and pelages.

B-  Foot a mountain: home stays, forests, hills, rural tourism and etc.

C-  Mountains: Castles, villages, holy shrines, waterfalls and etc.

Ramsar has water birds habitats based on convention in 1341, wild life

Protection areas, natural and artificial forest parks and ….

5-  What I like best about Ramsar is that seaside city. It is so close to

          Nature and sea. I love trees which grow in the forests and birdwaching,

          Swimming and Water sports.

Usage

Many varieties of bitter orange are used for their essential oil, and are found in perfume, used as a flavoring or as a solvent. The Seville orange variety is used in the production of marmalade.

Bitter orange is also employed in herbal medicine as a stimulant and appetite suppressant, due to its active ingredient, synephrine. Bitter orange supplements have been linked to a number of serious side effects and deaths, and consumer groups advocate that people avoid using the fruit medically. It is still not concluded if bitter orange affects medical conditions of heart and cardiovascular organs, by itself or in formulae with other substances.
